Dancing with the stars 2009 lineup


The American Red Cross Lakeland Chapter Dancers announced for the 2nd Annual Dancing with Our Stars Fundraising Event

On Wednesday, October 14th ten famous dancers of all stars have been announced for the 2nd TRIBAL LOGO Annualcolor “Dancing with Our Stars event” sponsored fundraising Oneida Nation and Nicolet National Bank. This event will be held on Sunday, February 21st, 2010 at the Radisson Hotel, Green Bay, beginning at 5:30 pm program.

The 2010 “Dancing with our line of Stars” celebrity-up is:

* Mindy Bennett, Balance of Body and Soul, Owner



* David Burns, Wixxer midday personality, Music Director and Deputy Program Director



* Michael Frohna, Bellin Foundation, President



* Crystal Holtz, Oneida Nation Department of Tourism, Marketing Manager



* Julie May, Brown Gallery & Gifts, owner



* Chris Roth, WBAY, Sports Director



* Diane Roundy, Schenck Business Solutions, Business Development Director



* Sarah Thomsen, Action 2 News at Four, Anchor / News Reporter



* Dana Vanden Huevel, Marketing Savant, Director



* Eric Witczak, Nicolet National Bank, Director of Retail Banking and American Red Cross Lakeland Chapter Board of Directors, Vice President

These ten celebrities Northeast Wisconsin will participate in this fundraising event. Celebrities will be trained in two ballroom dances by DanceSport of Green Bay, headed by Janet Gollnick, former champion of the Midwest. Her dance partners will be held and college age qualified DanceSport dancers .

Dance trophy winner will be the dancer who's best result in the dance floor and is supported by the public and the votes of events. The votes are in the form of dollars in donations in support of the star dancer, both in dancing with our event and stars of dollars pledged in the name of the dancer before February 21.

We are honored that New York Ivan Seleznev, an eight-time Russian champion, Rebecca Messenger, the nationally acclaimed Ballroom Judge and Dan Messenger, the former National Champion and Ballroom, as the Judge in Milwaukee.

All proceeds for the event will support local programs and services for the American Red Cross.
